To be eligible for the Cascador ScaleUp program, you must have: 2+ years in operations (consideration given to startups if other performance metrics are very strong) ₦100M+ (equivalent of $70k+ USD) in annual revenue, although typical revenue is >₦1B Based or operating in Sub-Saharan Africa (preference for Nigeria based ventures and recommendations from our trusted partners, faculty and advisors) Preference given to companies making a strong social impact Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered. The last day to complete this preliminary application is June 15th, 5 pm WAT. Full applications will be due from Semifinalists on June 29th, 5 pm WAT. Early application benefits: The full application will require additional time for Semifinalists to complete. It includes a financial model, financial statement uploads, video submission, and a team questionnaire. The earlier you apply, the more time you have before full applications are due on June 29th. We will extend full application invitations to Semifinalists on a weekly basis throughout the application cycle (April 1st - June 15th). If you wait until June 15th to complete the preliminary application, you will only have 2 weeks for full application submission. The earlier you complete the full application, the more time we have to assess your application and consider you as Finalist for a live interview. If your full application is submitted by May 25th and you are a top contender for Finalist, you will receive an exclusive invitation to attend Pitch Day on June 3rd in person. The event is invitation only and we are making limited seating available for pre-vetted, highly qualified Semifinalists.
