Cascador works with a highly selected cohort of growth-stage founders to help them navigate the transition from momentum to scale. Through the ScaleUp Program and ongoing alumni engagement, founders strengthen their leadership, refine their strategy, and gain access to the networks and capital required for long-term growth.
Alumni are eligible to apply to the Cascador Catalytic Fund, which deploys $2–5M annually.

Cascador welcomes up to three executive members from each company for virtual education and focused sessions.
